1. The service

Roamzy is a web application that helps you organize travel documents, plan itineraries, and collaborate with travel companions. Some features are powered by third-party AI models.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when signing up, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be 16 or older.

3. Acceptable use

• No illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• No attempts to break, probe, or overload the service, or to bypass usage limits.
• No automated scraping or resale of AI outputs without permission.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to trip data, documents, and other content you upload. You grant Roamzy a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service to you and the collaborators you invite.

5. AI features

AI-generated content can be wrong or outdated. Verify booking references, times, prices, and travel requirements from the original source before relying on them.

6. Paid plans

Paid plans (Pro, Team) will be billed in advance via our payment partner (merchant of record). You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Statutory withdrawal rights under German / EU consumer law apply where applicable.

7. Liability

Roamzy is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. intent, gross negligence, personal injury, statutory product liability).

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection law of the country where you reside.
