How it works

From messy inbox to a clear plan in minutes

  1. 01

    Drop in your bookings

Forward a confirmation email, upload a PDF, or paste a screenshot. Anything goes.

  2. 02

    Roamzy reads the details

Times, places, references, traveler names — extracted automatically, no typing.

  3. 03

    See one clear plan

A day-by-day timeline, a map of your trip, and an assistant that knows the details.

  4. 04

    Invite your companions

Share editing or view-only access. Everyone sees the same plan, updated live.

One place for the whole trip

No more digging through emails at the airport. Every reservation lives on the same timeline, on the same map, in one shared plan.

  • Flights, hotels, tickets — auto-organized by day
  • Leave-by times, conflicts, and gaps flagged for you
  • Directions and weather right where you need them
  • Everyone on the trip sees the same live plan

Everything in its place

The stressful bits of travel — calm and organized.

Smart timeline

Every booking on one day-by-day plan. Conflicts and gaps flagged automatically.

Trip map

See where each part of your trip happens and how the days fit together.

Trip-aware assistant

Ask “When should I leave for the museum?” — answered from your own plan.

Real-time collaboration

Editors and viewers, live sync, no email chains, no shared spreadsheet.

Private by default

Only you and the people you invite can see a trip. Nothing is public or indexed.

Works with anything

Flights, hotels, trains, tickets, restaurants, rentals — even a phone screenshot.

Private by default

Your trip is yours alone

Only you — and the exact people you invite — can open a trip. Nothing is public, indexed, or shared with advertisers. Access rules are enforced inside the database itself, so a front-end bug can't hand your data to a stranger.

How security works →
Database-level access control
Encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
Editor & viewer roles per trip
Private, access-controlled storage

Frequently asked

Short answers to the things people ask most.

What documents can I upload?
+
PDFs, images, and screenshots from any booking. Flights, hotels, trains, event tickets, restaurant reservations, car rentals — Roamzy pulls the details out of most of them.
Is it really free?
+
Yes. During public beta you can create trips, upload documents, invite companions, and use the assistant at no cost. Paid tiers with higher limits are planned; anything you've already added stays yours.
Do I need an invitation?
+
No. Anyone can sign up and create their own trips. You only need an invitation if you're joining a trip someone else already made.
How accurate is the extraction?
+
Very good on standard confirmations, imperfect on unusual ones. You can review and edit every extracted detail before it lands on your timeline.
Does it work on mobile?
+
Yes — Roamzy runs in the browser on phone, tablet and desktop. A dedicated mobile app is on the roadmap.
Can I delete my data?
+
Yes. You can delete any trip, document or your entire account at any time. Deletion is permanent and covers both the database and file storage.
Who can see my trips?
+
Only you and the people you invite. Access is enforced at the database level, not just in the app, so a bug can't accidentally leak your data.
